1. What is CBD?
CBD is also known as Cannabidiol. It is one of 113 identified phytocannabinoids in the marijuana plant.
2. Do I need a prescription for CBD?
No. Consult with your physician before taking CBD products.
3. What is the difference between Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum?
Full Spectrum contains up to 0.3% THC. It contains all of the compounds that are naturally occurring in the plant, including terpenes and additional cannabinoids, and flavonoids. Each part of the plant helps each other part work to achieve what is referred to as “the entourage effect.” Broad Spectrum contains all the cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, and nutrients, except for one, THC.
4. What’s the difference between CBD oil and Hemp oil?
Hempseed oil is extracted from the seeds of the industrial hemp variety of the cannabis sativa plant. CBD oil can be sourced through several different varieties of the cannabis plant. It’s extracted from the flowers, leaves, stems, and stalks of matured hemp plants.
5. What is the difference between CBD and THC?
THC affects the brain by binding to naturally occurring CB1 receptors in the central nervous system. CBD is a different shaped molecule that binds to the CB2 receptors outside the central nervous system.
6. How does CBD work?
CBD functions by binding to cannabinoid receptors in the body’s endocannabinoid system. These receptors have been found in virtually every cell and tissue type in the human body.
7. Are there studies on CBD?
Yes. There are thousands of scientific studies on CBD. Please see PUB Med for scientific studies.
8. Is CBD a natural substance?
Yes. CBD is 100% natural. It comes from the cannabis plant, and is not synthetically made.
9. What forms of products does CBD come in?
Once extracted, the CBD oil can be infused into products like tinctures, capsules, edibles, beverages, lotions, creams, and salves.
10. Is CBD legal?
CBD is legal under federal law, provided that it is derived from the hemp plant. CBD is not specifically listed as a controlled substance in the United States Controlled Substances Act, like THC. 11. What are the benefits of nanoemulsion?
Higher levels of bioavailability of cannabinoids which means that absorption into the bloodstream is more efficient and effective.
12. What is the 2018 Hemp Farming Act?

13. Will CBD get me high?
No. CBD will not get you high. It’s non psychoactive. CBD is antagonistic to the marijuana high.
14. What are terpenes?
Terpenes are essential oils found in plants. There are around 200 terpenes in cannabis. Terpenes give cannabis its distinct aroma and flavor. Terpenes have beneficial effects and work synergistically with cannabinoid like CBD and THC-this is called the entourage effect.
15. What is a certificate of analysis (COA) and why is it important?
COA is a document from an accredited laboratory that shows you exactly what’s in a certain product. In the case of a CBD certificate of analysis, it shows the quantity of various cannabinoids in a product.

Shipping & Returns
We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and product satisfaction. If you’re dissatisfied with your product, we will credit your account the unit price at the time of purchase, ONLY if DR. CBD & Nutrition Centers, LLC, also known as DR. CBD received the product within 30 calendar days of the shipment date, and the product is in resalable condition. Please be aware that a 25% restocking fee is assessed to all account credits.
All returned products must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization form. To receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form, please email returncbdnutritioncenters@gmail.com

All returns must be postmarked within (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unused and in resalable condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging in-tact. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form and prepaid shipping label provided to the address noted below:

Once we have received your return and inspected the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange upon approval of the conditions. Cancellation Policy
Dr. CBD will allow a customer to cancel an order of a product and receive full refund within 7 days of payment. (initial and renewal)

International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by DR. CBD from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the DR. CBD Content accessed through drcbdandnutritioncenters.org in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DR. CBD, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. DR. CBD reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with DR. CBD in asserting any available defenses.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Employer agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Termination/access restriction
DR. CBD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and DR. CBD as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. DR. CBD performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of DR. CBD’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by DR. CBD with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and DR. CBD with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and DR. CBD with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
